Cannot read encrypted mails, and no option to open in Desktop app even after opening in browser. So direct opening in Outlook would be very useful.

For me the emphasis is on the overview - seeing multiple lists (buckets) at the same time like in Microsoft Planner. The "planned - doing - done" arrangement can be handled with "yet another" view or indicator in my personal opinion. I am sure both can be solved somehow.

Additionally annoying because encrypted emails are not readable in the web interface.
