While we aren’t adding automatic population of due dates to My Day at the moment, we have made some significant changes to the Planned list.
Rolling out on Android now (version 2.17), and coming soon to other platforms, you can now see a distinct Today view in the Planned list. You can also choose to group this view by list so that you get a view of what you have to do today across all your lists. You can choose to close particular lists e.g. Home if you don’t want to see it while at work.

Add the My Day list to smart lists so it can be turned off

Having to populate the My Day list manually every day is a waste of time.
For this reason the My Day list is redundant as the Planned list has this feature along with the option of various view dates as mentioned by Polly seven months ago!!!
Therefore, the My Day list needs to be added to the smart lists with the option to turn it off.
The iOS reminders app has had the auto population of their Today list for some time.
With nearly 8000 votes, this improvement is a no brainer.Anonymous supported this idea ·

WORKING ON IT; are you really though team!! Since Jan 16 2019 for other platforms including your own windows 10; I don't think so. This is a basic but necessary feature that saves TIME on snoozing manually. Can you please just get it done; you've had 2 years to date to complete this improvement.

Why is this additional option taking so long, the snooze function already exists. Why only Android; would it not make more sense to implement this to the Microsoft app first as it is Microsoft!!!!! WORKING ON IT since Dec 2018.

This feature is available in the iOS version, why not the W10 version?

Reminder does not function consistently. Reminders that have been set previously, even the day before will not appear. They only appear if set recently [same day]. I would suggest that this function only works if the app remains open on all your devices which renders it useless. I don't think Microsoft To Do should be associated with Microsoft Outlook Tasks; it needs to be a stand-alone app utilising a cloud drive.

Latest iOS update from Apple includes dark mode; iOS To-Do app is falling behind with this feature. iOS Outlook app has dark mode!

Remove the My Day list, it is obsolete. Include Overdue grouping in the Planned list not Earlier grouping.
