Push notifications on shared lists for personal accounts is available in To Do. Push notifications for AAD accounts (work and school accounts) is work in progress and will be enabled soon.

Push notifications for shared lists don't seem to be working on iOS for personal accounts

Agree - was surprised when I encountered this last night. It's surely a bug?

Using the 'Edit' and 'Move' commands is a work around, but a frustrating and clunky one.

Such a basic oversight. It's the little things. This needs adding, pronto to avoid the extra clicks.

I get that this has probably not been done so as not to give the impression that there are tasks in the 'Completed' folder that need... completing. Also the number could get very high. But I agree, I would like this feature.

Agreed - but this should be implemented across all lists, not just My Day.

Agreed. You should, if effect, be able to share everything in a To Do list (almost as if it were a shared account) in the same way a shared calendar would work for a family, for example.

If you want to share and co-own everything on a To Do with family members, smart lists such as 'Tasks' are unshareable. Sure you can work around by creating a shared list and putting nothing in 'Tasks' but its inelegant and clunky.

This really is needed in the mobile apps. When on the details of a task, it would be very useful to have a 'Move' option/button in that screen, instead of having to go back to the main list, select Edit and tick the task you want to move.

While we aren’t creating a My Day version that you can plan the night before at the moment, we have made significant updates to our Planned list.

Rolling out now on Android (version 2.17), and coming soon to other platforms, you can now view a distinct tomorrow view in the Planned list. You can also group the view by lists so that you have a view of all the different projects the tasks from. You can choose to close list sections so that you only concentrate on one list section at a time.

Desperately needed, and independent of the 'Planned' list.

Absolutely - double clicking to bring up the "steps" is clumsy compared to being able to click a + sign.

We are reviewing this idea and work on defining our roadmap for the next releases. We see that it gets requested a lot, so we are definitely considering it for an update at some point.

This week we’re rolling out a brand new Planned list on Android (version 2.17) which gives you a 7 day week view. You can view the tasks by day or by list.

It will be coming soon to other platforms.

With the last update of To-Do across platforms we have enabled the option to see flagged emails from Outlook as Tasks in Microsoft To-Do. Simply flag an email in Outlook to create a task from it in To-Do.

You can enable this feature in Microsoft To-Do from within the App Settings.

To get the latest version of To-Do please go to https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-to-do-list-app
