If you have enabled the ‘Flagged email’ option from settings in To Do, then any email you flag in Outlook will show up under the ‘Flagged email’ smartlist.
From the Outlook web app, you can create a task out of an email by right-clicking —> Advanced actions —> Create task. You can also select a message in the body of an email and create a task out of it.

Hi - just having 'Flagged' or 'Create Task' is of little or no use as it dumps EVERYTHING into one long unsorted list of 'flagged emails' or 'Tasks' in todo. The ideal would be to be able to drop/ save the email into the specific 'lists' one has created, so you can save related tasks together. (similar to how OneNote works - you can save the email to a specific tab or page even. so you can gather related things into manageable groups.
One LONG list in Todo is NOT really that helpful.
I know you can then move the unsorted tasks into the lists manually, but that is double trouble and more hassle than iit needs to be. Wont use Todo in this format. I don't care where a tasks comes from, im interested in what project it relates to.
