I believe the same issue exists in the Android ToDo app.

I go to select files to attach. The phone displays a file directory. I can only select one file at a time to attach to a single ToDo item.

Yes, allow regenerate new task. That will fix this problem: On Outlook (desktop) version, create a task where the recurrence is set to "regenerate new task." Then in To Do, mark the task is now done. What synchronizes from To Do back to Outlook (desktop) is a task that is done, with no recurrence at all. To Do breaks the recurring task.

Yes, please. If I'm creating a To Do item, and I attach a document, photo, or other file located on my OneDrive, I should be able to simply link to the item on OneDrive, rather than actually attaching the file. That is, unless I select an option that allows for an attachment.

I agree. I've recently transitioned tasks to Outlook. Therefore, all my tasks are "recently added." It would be far more useful, when I am planning my day, to see tasks ordered by due dates or any of a few more sort orders, rather than by when the task was created.
