Our team is working on a solution to show tasks with due dates on the Outlook.com / O365 calendar. We unfortunately can’t provide an ETA on this yet, but we can assure you that we listen to your requests for it.

I just reread your working on it response. I think you have it the wrong way around. We welcome task integration within outlook but would like outlook calendar integration within ToDo. This is what the original request was referring to I think.

You should be able to view upcoming Outlook calendar events in your My Day view (and/or planned view) to allow you plan your day around other commitments like meetings. You are working on a gazillion integrations with other MS apps but surely this one is the most obvious and needed integration of all.

ToDo. What is the product manager thinking when they do things like this? I mean, who wouldn’t want to sort their completed tasks by date completed. 🤷‍♂️

This is what annoys me about ToDo. What is the product manager thinking when they do things like this? I mean, who wouldn’t want to sort their completed tasks by date completed. 🤷‍♂️

While we aren’t creating a My Day version that you can plan the night before at the moment, we have made significant updates to our Planned list.

Rolling out now on Android (version 2.17), and coming soon to other platforms, you can now view a distinct tomorrow view in the Planned list. You can also group the view by lists so that you have a view of all the different projects the tasks from. You can choose to close list sections so that you only concentrate on one list section at a time.

Hiding completed tasks from Search results is now possible in the Windows 10 App and in the Android app of Microsoft To-Do.

We will also look into bringing the option to iOS and Web.

The obsession with dark mode amazes me. There are higher priority features needed before the dreaded dark mode request:
    Folders
    iOS start Monday
    iOS Share
    Natural Language
    Completed list

    To name but a few

While we aren’t adding automatic population of due dates to My Day at the moment, we have made some significant changes to the Planned list.

Rolling out on Android now (version 2.17), and coming soon to other platforms, you can now see a distinct Today view in the Planned list. You can also choose to group this view by list so that you get a view of what you have to do today across all your lists. You can choose to close particular lists e.g. Home if you don’t want to see it while at work.

Why have a task app that doesn’t have a single view of what is due today or overdue. My Day is a good idea but shouldn’t make me have to do extra manual stuff to get tasks that are due today into My Day.
