With the last update of To-Do across platforms we have enabled the option to see flagged emails from Outlook as Tasks in Microsoft To-Do. Simply flag an email in Outlook to create a task from it in To-Do.

You can enable this feature in Microsoft To-Do from within the App Settings.

I am using To Do for Mac. Although flagged emails appear on Tasks, only the title of the email and the first paragraph appear. To read the full email, I press "Open in Outlook," but even though I have the desktop version of Outlook, instead To Do sends me to my browser to open the email on the web version of Outlook. Why?? Please let me open the email directly from To Do, or open it on my desktop version.
