Weekly view for To-Do
"My day" panel is really useful, but we also need look and have present always our week goals. The possibility bump all our to-dos help to declutter our mind, but this doesn't have sense if we can't organize or order them. So by this reason think is necesary a week view or a monthly view, even a more especific dayly view (maybe by hour or by morning/afternoon/night) could be really productive.
Brett McKay talk about this topic in this video
This week we’re rolling out a brand new Planned list on Android (version 2.17) which gives you a 7 day week view. You can view the tasks by day or by list.
It will be coming soon to other platforms.
I support the wish for a weekly view, and please add drag- and-drop functionality! This was one of Wunderlist coolest features: simply drag a task from one to day to another, to change the due date! This is essential for fast and easy organizing!

Please Work hard on a Day/Week view with Filter for my Personal Tasks!
We have a lot of Tasks in Lots of Lists, and they need to be Filtered for me personal.
This would be nice in the Planed smart-List and even nicer in the today -> my day smart-list selection because after hitting the more button several times I still don't get my tasks shown up in between all the tasks of my colleagues.
Also, nice would be a sorting for "lists" in the my assigned smart list or a sorting after date
And i would realy need all these sorting things also in iOS as we use this system mainly at work.
wunderlist had both a today that you could view by list. I have many different lists with lots of tasks and being able to see the heading or List name is EXTREMELY helpful. With wumderlist for example all my tasks under my monthly planning list showed up together under this list for today (if i had given them a due date). Being able to see these tasks according to heading is so helpful.
1) Planned page - needs to include a Week View (i.e. Mon-Sun)
- I think a Today, Tomorrow, this week, next week will suffice.
2) Tasks need to be shown as grouped by List for all the views i.e. My Day, Planned, Important
- it is ridiculous that they are listed one after the other, the Sort does not help
- they need to be shown as the List name as a Header and the tasks for that list under each - exactly as WL did
3) The tasks panel on the right needs have some color added to it so that you can quickly see Steps and Notes - it's all too white and information does not stand out
- WL was excellent at this. Copy it.
This also needs to include Day or Week view, but also separated and grouped by List. This was very useful on Wunderlist.

As other users have pointed out, a well structured 7-day week view is an essential feature missing in the app.
What I mean by well-structured is that you get a good and quick overview of your to-dos IN EACH LIST. To be more precise: I'm a teacher and I do my lesson planning in this app. Say it's Monday and I'm going to teach three classes (lists are named 8f, 9f and 10f), also I'm planning on doing my grocery shopping, have to water my plants and want to cook Spaghetti Carbonara for dinner. My "Planned" file looks like this:
Class 10f Vocab test
Class 9f Check homework
Class 10f Act 2, Scene 4
Class 8f Collect money for zoo
Class 10f Homework: Read Act 2, Scene 4-6
Since moving from Wunderlist to To do I've been struggling massively with getting organized in class because the to-dos belonging to one list are not listed one after the other. Instead, they are going every which way.
The above mentioned issue is of such severity that I'm considering changing to another app. I find it relieving to know that I'm not alone with this issue and that others are complaining about that dowside, as well.
I hope you can manage to find a solution, soon.
Thanks for reading my feedback.
Please bring back "This Week" view with ability to email the weekly items.
Please, Please add overdue items to the week view. Or add an view all as before. At the Moment it is totaly useless for me. Overdue items can easily get lost
When to iOS?
Why have you removed overdue items from 'The Week' view under Planned? If they are not displayed it is easy to overlook them. Having to constantly switch to 'Overdue' to see them is a time waster. Please allow for the display of overdue items in the Planned views (or at least make it configurable via a setting).
This is a dealbreaker for me. The weekly view was my primary reference and most essential function in order to plan, prepare and reappropriate accordingly. "We still consider.." makes it clear I need to "consider other applications". Planned is substandard and inefficient. So is your response to almost 10k users who are putting blind faith in you. You're failing. Fix it.
Please add a weekly view!!! That is how I stay on top of tasks for the upcoming week.
I would like to see my weekly view, as I determine what tasks to move into my week. Please have this as a smart list. But if Planned is the only way you will offer to do this, please allow us to filter to see specific date ranges we care about instead of showing all tasks with due dates. Also, My Day does need to include things due that day.

The "Planned" view is helpful, but is not the same as seeing each of the next 7 days broken out. It is not clean/organized enough to get a good grasp of work load over the next 7 days. And as others have said, it does not give the opportunity to drag to different days. This was one my most used features in Wunderlist and am disappointed to see it gone.
agreed! I want to make a My Day for tomorrow! Anything further out than that and the Planned section should take over, but maybe it automatically adds it to that specific days "My Day". Also I should be able to set my working days so when I pull it up on Monday, I can see stuff from Friday as if it was from the day before.

This is a mandatory feature for me. I must see my next seven days broken out by day, AND be able to drag tasks between these days (with the due date updating to reflect that). It's a critical part of my workflow and the way I work with my clients and contractors. I'm fine with scrolling and seeing days beyond the next seven, and actually like that aspect, but I have to be able to see discrete days of the week and drag items within days of the week to change their due dates. You bought a service that already had this feature so it's hard for us to understand why you'd need to backlog something that was already programmed for you.
Weekly planning is critical to getting things done so that you do the important ant things and not just the urgent things. See Steve Covey's "First things first" book.
“My day” needs to automatically include items due Today
Weekly view is a must
Tasks should be organized by lists
Wunderlist you will be forever missed!
Week view is the most missed feature from Wunderlist. What a pity we have to loose functionality with what is being claimed to be an upgrade
