Print and Email Lists
Please add Print Lists and Day Print function. Also emailing lists functionality.
We now have printing across all platforms. Thanks for all the feedback.
We’ll no longer monitor this thread, so if you have print improvements please vote for these individually. Thanks!
How can I email my list? I’d been using wunderlist for many, many years-it has all my shopping lists in it..well, in your app now. I’m disabled and have groceries delivered-I normally just sent me list each week. The last 2 times I’ve had to retype every item out in an e-mail..a pain in the neck when you’re ordering over 60 different items!
Only some tasks are listed in mail...
Hi to Microsoft team,
Request # 1: To be able to print a list with only the items marked with an asterisk which are classified in alphabetical order.
Request # 2: For all tasks (from all lists) marked with an asterisk and which are all grouped in the same place, these tasks should be displayed in alphabetical order under their respective list (and not grouped in a single list ). And also, have different options to print a single or, all lists (with sorting options).
How to rename a category and get rid of unwanted categories. Put in buttons like you have under lists or put it in the lists buttons lists and also in file, Also put print and email under file and in lists. Make it simple to use.
The only way I can figure out how to print or email is tp take a screen shot. Wunderlist is highly superior in this regard. Emailing a link does not work in Gmail. I have no interest in Outlook. It takes too many steps to use all of the microsoft apps. Please make it simple. 1) a print button, 2) An Email button that works with any email. 3) Make it Dumb stupid to use ToDo.

After the update 5.5. 2020 To Do is unusable as a grocery list.
The completed list can not be sorted in alphabetical order.
But no way to email the list to someone?
Last month I could print the steps within each task, now I can't - even when I turn on the toggle in the print menu to include steps and notes...please bring that back! I also don't see a way to expand my list so I can view the full list with all steps vs the side panel one task at a time.
I'm missing the function to print details of single tasks as well as sub bullets of single to-dos. This feature needs improvement.

Would like to print current items only of a selected list. For example, when I try to print my grocery list I get 12 pages of which I'm forced to uncheck all the other lists which include "completed" items as well. Wunderlist used to be able to do this but I see even that has been modified to include all lists and completed items.

This was a great feature in Wunderlist, especially for grocery lists in stores where people don't want to touch their phones so much in these days of pandemic. And have you really been working on a print feature for three years? Because Wunderlist had one already.

Just tried printing a list!
What a mess of a function!!
Why would I want to print FINISHED lists?
Why would I want it as a continuous dump too?
Nonsense function. Unusable!!
Any chance of you adding a ‘print a single list’ option.
Doesn’t seem that complicated a request.
The current implementation is just ham-fisted and not what you’d expect.
Come on MS you had a great app when you absorbed Wunderlist, why did you destroy all the excellent functionality it had?
If I could go back to Wunderlist I would in a heartbeat!
Not a great advert for MS making an app better.
You basically forced my lists into an inferior MS ecosystem and then added nonsense functionality - completely ignoring the evolved and mature Wunderlist app features.
You can print an individual catagory/list. Please reinstall the ability to print your entire list at one time.
Important to be able to e-mail a list or a To Do individualy.
You can send your lists including sub tasks in one neat pdf. Go to print, then at preview expand sheet and now you can send a complete pdf. That’s kinda cool
Please add functionality to print from browsers
During printing, the “steps” are not following the sequence as per the app.
I have rearranged the “steps” by dragging to a sequence i wish for, but the printing does not follow.
Can new line be included for notes in a task when printing?
Currently all paragraphs will just continuous.
I would like to print and mail the selected list and not full list

When printing the "Important" list would it be possible to sort the tasks using the list names from which the tasks come from ? Could the lists' names appear on the printed list, either beside each task or else maybe in between each group of tasks so the list name precedes the tasks which belong to that list ?
