Outlook Mail Integration
Having a quick way to convert emails in Outlook to tasks that show up in Microsoft To-Do.
With the last update of To-Do across platforms we have enabled the option to see flagged emails from Outlook as Tasks in Microsoft To-Do. Simply flag an email in Outlook to create a task from it in To-Do.
You can enable this feature in Microsoft To-Do from within the App Settings.
To get the latest version of To-Do please go to https://products.office.com/en-us/microsoft-to-do-list-app
I think you should improve the integration with outlook calendar
I want this bad!

I wish this feature were a little more agnostic with respect to the email account. I shouldn't be restricted just to an Outlook account -- just do what Wunderlist used to do and have a unique email address for each user, and ANY email sent to that address from ANY email account will show up as a task with the text and attachments for the email appearing as notes. I can live without synchronization back/forth to Outlook if I could decouple Todo from Outlook in this way.

من الأفضل أن تدع التخصيص أثناء إرسال القائمة.

Hey Microsoft, you should add an option in "Add an Action" on Rules Settings (Outlook) to Flag a message automatically, when a determined condition is accomplished. And so, the message would be converted in task on To Do app automatically. This would be awesome!
I would like to echo the comments about the integration with flagged Outlook emails - I want to see all my flagged emails, and I want to be able to mark them as done in To Do, and for that to update the email in Outlook.
But I have to say the integration with Outlook and Planner is Awesome!
I need To Do to integrate better with Outlook application NOT the web app. As an example. i really like it that flagged email shows up on ToDo. but when i click on the email link I dont want it to open via Outlook web. i prefer that the native app on my computer be linked to the email.
I enjoyed the plug in you had for wunderlist but since you made us move over to this and it is very similiar I miss the ability to move things to my list from my email account with the plug in it was great.

Great option, it would be even nicer if you could view all messages marked by all accounts configured in Outlook.
Please allow for full integration and sync of Outlook Tasks with Microsoft To-Do.
It would be nice if it opened my desktop outlook instead of the internet browser. I am on MAC FYI.
Please make flagged emails open in Outlook instead of OWA
how is this not done yet?
When looking at a Flagged e-mail in Microsoft ToDo, there is a link to Open in Outlook, which is great. However, on clicking it defaults to Opening in Outlook on the Web rather than Outlook (Mail) for Windows 10, even if that is open on my machine.
Esto sería excelente!!!
This idea is wonderful!!!

While sending the task list in email,
please export the content in a pretty format like printing in pdf.
It is better if you let the customization while sending the list.
with the plugin of wunderlist it was possible to add flagged mails immediately to the correct list.
in To-DO it is a 2 step action: first I need to flag the mail and then I need to go to the To-Do app to drop it in the correct list. Very unconvenient!!!
Make folders available as a way to organize tasks, both in Outlook and To Do app.

This is far less important than making it work for users that were forced to come over to the program! Go vote and pay attention to a missing feature not an add on that will only work for some.

ToDo requires 2 acct.s to integrate Tasks: 1. MS acct. 2. Exchange acct. From Settings>Manage Accounts page, need feature to add Exchange acct. Add acct. doesn't work when tied to same email address.
