Hello... Is anyone there? Just like the other 320 comments... dark theme. You even have volunteers in this list that are willing to do it. Ask and you will receive.

Entering middle age, my eyesight is poor and fading. I only use software and applications that offer a dark background theme to provide comfortable reading.
I appreciate the dark theme on To Do portable applications. I cannot use the desktop apps because the screen is not readable. I use other task applications for this reason until a desktop dark theme is provided.

I can't use this until we get a dark theme. My eyes are burning right now. Ah, the burn!

2 years and counting. It's just a style sheet using an existing design. Can I volunteer to help?

When will you enable the dark theme for the web version?
It has been almost a year since the dark themes for the apps.
Have you abandoned this idea? -

Just being able to pick more custom colors would be swell.

The previous admin comment on 10/24/19 says, "We plan to bring Dark theme to web as well." Well, it's been 8 months and no sign of it. In fact, it looks like you're abandoned this idea completely. If you have, please say so, and I'd like to know your reasoning. It seems to me that the web is the red-headed stepchild of To Do since I've had a bug I reported 6 weeks ago that you guys said you would fix but haven't.

Instead of shelving this as "available on some apps" How about being honest and saying it's available on one app, and continuing development on the all the missing platforms. Because you are not putting all feature son all apps, I MUST use the website to copy and paste tasks, but the website has no dark theme.
Honestly, it's all just a shambles. Sort it out. -

Update: Actually, if I click on a light gray background square in the Theme settings, then the overall background turns fairly black and the individual task background is now a lighter but still quite dark black. So maybe the problem is that no one has programmed the Theme background settings to change appearance when one picks either the Dark Theme global setting or "Use My Windows Theme" (which is DARK for me).
So I'd like to suggest that someone actually program the Theme tile backgrounds so that they truly reflect the color scheme they represent when either a Windows Dark Theme or a ToDo Dark Theme option is chosen.
(original reaction of naive user-see 2 paragraphs above for subsequent findings). In spite of the "dark theme," there is no completely dark background, i.e. BLACK! Most of the solid backgrounds are light, bright pastel colors. Some dark theme! This is on a Windows 10 Pro machine running release preview of 2004 - so maybe that's the problem?
