But as I work in an company, we have the need to have something really visible for everyone in this organization in order to get an understanding for others' work and resource planning, the "sharing list" is not enough. I'm looking for a setting for the entire to-do to be totally visible (My day, Important, Planned, Tasks).

As a project manager, it is crucial to me to be able to see what my resources (co-workers) are up to her or his day and identify whether the project time plan will be held or if the project will be delayed due to the amount of work or if the resource is prioritizing my project or other project etc.

Make more options so a company can plan the resources better!

        Hi,

I am happy to confirm that MS has now implemented multiple accounts management on the Android app! Though, it seems that the Windows app does not yet have that update but this is probably a question of time.

One thing though that I think should have been added (as we all tried to work around the fact that multiple accounts was not supported until now) is a way to move lists from one account to the other...or any other way that would make this less cumbersome (e.g. inapp export/import functionality for lists).

In any case, thanks guys @MS for listening to your users! We are not fully there yet but soon I am sure we will have the best to-do app out there (in essence, taking up the legacy of wunderlist).

I need to have the option that we share lists between personal and work accounts, you have to enable that, because we can't use multiple accounts in one app, and what if we are sharing a list outside our organisation, office 365 admis should be able to enable it or disable it.

It's hard to guess what led to the decision to prevent lists from being shared with people outside the organization. Please change this feature!

I agree, the possibility to share with people outside the organisation (we all have a work and private life) or at least easily switch accounts (between work and private) is a must as well as assigning tasks to other people, otherwise it is very limiting!

This enhancement is VERY limited as you can only share lists in your own organisation. Need to share list with people in other organisations

Are there any plans to make it possible to share lists with "read only" rights? OneNote Online already has this kind of functionality, being able to have people see, but not change your task lists would be great.

Great! Now complete the sharing experience so you can share with work accounts in other tenants.

I would like to share to guest accounts, so I don't have to switch between my Microsoft Home account and the Business one.

Unfortunately sharing doesn't work well yet. I tried to share the shopping list and on my wife's iPhone the items on the list seem to be duplicating without any logic. Some are there 5 times, some once. Also the total number of items is lower on the iphone. Original list had 240 items, the shared one 190.

Please add the possibility to assign a task to a user - otherwise sharing in a business context is not really useful.

it is not really completed. it only makes sense, if I can see, who is working on the several Tasks - as in wunderlist.

does not work, the link for sharing! Sorry, but I do not understand where this is going to be. As MS is owner of Wunderlist, why not make To-Do the same! And why no integration with Outlook and other MS products?? Why should I use MS To-Do??
